Taught on the Shooting Range
With your guns or mine. This is for any educator that would like to take this safety and marksmanship class that wants to conceal carry into public schools.

This class will give them the EXPERIENCE of handling their guns safely, know how to operate them correctly and develop their marksmanship skills. Because guns are serious business and most people that got a UTAH concealed permit never had to PRACTICE these skills when they got their permit.
I have taught or helped with 12 free teacher Utah Concealed Firearm Permit classes which amounted to about 1100 teachers getting their permits. Now I would like to give them some experience of shooting safely.
I have been teaching firearms classes at the Bountiful Lions Range for 18 years. I am a Range Master there Thursday, Friday and Saturday so I cannot teach those days but any other day of the week I can, except when I’m scheduled to teach a paying private class.
These will be very personalized progressive learning and small classes. Five people at the very most. My average size class all these years is 1.8 students. It works out good for the students with that very personalized coaching.
I will be teaching and students will be “PRACTICING” the skills of:
*Safe gun handling. Because you can’t be shooting yourself, or any good guys.
*Operation of guns, so you can keep it running while shooting.
*Marksmanship, because 3/4 of the shots fired in an average gun fight miss the other person AND THAT IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
When students have the knowledge and show the skill of each principle, then we move on to the next.
This is the same class I teach as a regular handgun class, also an “on the range” Utah Concealed Firearm Permit class. Classes have been as short as 2 1/2 hours. It depends on if the student has any bad habits we need to replace and how fast they learn the safety and marksmanship skills.
So these skills are good for anywhere you would need them. Not just a school room. If a teacher still needs a concealed permit so they can legally carry into a public school, we can finish everything they need for the permit after the range time. No charge. I have never charged for teaching educator classes.

I know people can say, teachers are there to teach and not carry guns. NO KIDDING!!! Ask those persons what are the teachers supposed to do if someone comes in shooting. Police are minutes away. A lot of people can get shot even before a resource officer that is in the school already, can get there as quick as they can. I know it is an ugly thing to think about, shooting someone. If you have to defend yours or others LIVES, think about shooting the perpetrator like it is swatting a mosquito, AND SAVING PEOPLES LIVES IN THE PROCESS.
